Labne, mint and honey sandwiches made by a daughter and father from fresh, market ingredients. A celebration of transgenerational and transnational food and fermentation cultures. The smells, sounds and stories of labne dripping from post-consumer cotton packaging bags, made in faraway lands. The sharing of unleavened bread. A discussion of inherited food traditions and what they mean to local commerce, families and fluid, cultural identities.
